Terms of use

The rules of the Memory365 service for families and organizations. Version of September 25, 2026.

Memorial page

Pages are created only for people who have passed away. Pages about living people or animals are not allowed.

By creating a page, you confirm that you have the right to publish the photos, recordings and information about the person that you place on it: as a relative or with the family's consent.

You may not publish:

  • insults, slander or anything that dishonors the person's memory
  • advertising and links to unrelated services
  • other people's photos and recordings without their owners' permission
  • anything prohibited by law

Who manages a page

A page is managed by its owner: the person who created it, or the person they transferred ownership to. The owner invites co-authors by email and is responsible for everything that appears on the page.

You can manage and edit a page by signing in to memory365.app with your email.

Complaints and deletion

If there is something inappropriate on a page, press Report a violation on the page itself or write to us. We will look into it and may close a page that breaks these rules.

The owner can delete the page themselves. It closes right away, and its content is erased after 30 days. The page address will never go to anyone else.

Payment and the plaque

The basic page is free. The extended page is paid once, by card through PayPal, in US dollars; there are no subscriptions or renewals, and the page is not closed for non-payment.

The purchase of an extended page includes a lasting aluminum QR code plaque: it is made for your page and mailed for free.

If the payment went through but the page did not become extended or the plaque did not arrive, write to us and include the page address.

Company and administration accounts

An account is paid by plan, monthly or yearly. Every plan has all the sections; plans differ only in their limits.

  • We take no percentage of your clients' payments
  • If a plan is not paid, the account is closed until payment, and the data is kept
  • A cemetery administration account opens after an official letter is checked
  • The organization itself is responsible for the information about clients and burials it enters

Changes to the terms

If the terms change, we will update this page and the version date at the top.
