Memorial page

A place where a person is remembered in detail

One page with their story, photos and voice. And a plaque with a QR code that leads to it right from the headstone.

  • The basic page is free forever
  • With a plaque you pay once, no subscription
  • Free shipping to any country
  • The address and code never change

QR code for a headstone

A memorial page that opens from the headstone

Point a phone camera at the plaque, and their story opens: life story, photos, voice. Here you can also light a memorial candle. No app needed, on any phone.

You sign in with a code from an email, no password needed.

How to create a memorial page and a QR code for the headstone

  1. Step 1

    Create the page

Sign in with a code from an email and enter the name and years. Five minutes, no payment.

  2. Step 2

    Tell their story

You can add a portrait and words from the family right away, and a life story, photos and voice in the extended page. Add more any day; the address stays the same.

  3. Step 3

    Get the code

The QR code appears right away: as an image for printing and as a vector file for engraving.

  4. Step 4

    Put up the plaque

A lasting aluminum plaque comes with the extended page, and we mail it free of charge. Or give the code to your own stonemason.

What you can tell on a memorial page

Not just dates: who the person was, what they loved, whom they raised. The family writes it and adds more whenever new memories come up.

The basic page has a portrait, name, years, burial place and words from the family, up to 4,000 characters. The extended page has everything else:

  • Life story and memorable facts
  • Up to 20 photos with captions and YouTube videos
  • A voice recording of up to 10 minutes that you would not want to lose
  • Relatives: the pages of loved ones are linked together

What plaque goes on the headstone

The plaque is small and sits in the corner, so the headstone stays the way you know it. And the page opens on any phone, no app needed.

  • Lasting, made of aluminum. We make it for your page, not from a ready batch
  • 10 × 10 cm, in the corner of the headstone: the photo and inscription stay as they are
  • We mail it to any country for free, and the tracking number will be in your account
  • The code has no picture in the middle, so cameras read it more reliably
  • Want to do it yourself? Download the code for printing or engraving

A memorial candle from everyone who remembers

Anyone who comes to the headstone and points a camera at the QR code can light a memorial candle. One candle per person a day, and the number on the page only grows: you can see how many people remember.

  • Anyone can light a candle, no sign-in or registration
  • The candle count never resets
  • Only the family can write on the page

How much a memorial page and plaque cost

The basic page is free forever. For the extended page with a plaque you pay once. There are no subscriptions or renewals, and the page will not be closed for non-payment.

Promises we keep

  • The address never changes

The six characters after memory365.app and the QR code on the plaque stay with the page forever. You will never need to remake the plaque.

  • You pay once

No yearly renewals. The basic page is free, so it cannot be closed for non-payment.

  • The family decides

Only the family can write on the page. Someone who comes via the QR code can only light a memorial candle.

  • The address never passes to someone else

The page owner can delete it: it closes right away, and the photos, voice and texts are erased after 30 days. The address will never go to anyone else.

If you live far away

The grave is in one country and the family in another

You can manage the page from any country. And we will send the plaque to where the headstone stands: to relatives or to a stonemason.

  • You can give the shipping address later and change it until we start making the plaque
  • You can download the code and give it to a local stonemason for engraving

Questions about memorial pages and QR codes

Is the basic page really free?

Yes, and forever. A portrait, name, years, words from the family, burial place and a QR code to print. You can upgrade it to the full page at any time without redoing anything.

Can I start with the basic page and upgrade later?

Yes. Everything you wrote stays in place, and the address and QR code do not change. You can upgrade any day from your account.

Does someone at the headstone need an app and internet access?

No app is needed: the regular phone camera is enough. Internet access is needed, because the page opens in a browser.

How does the QR code get onto the headstone?

There are two ways. You can print the code yourself: it downloads as an image and as a vector file for engraving, so you can give it to your own stonemason. Or order a lasting aluminum plaque from us. It comes with the extended page: we make it for your page and mail it to any country for free.

How is the plaque attached to the headstone?

Very firmly: it cannot be removed. The 10 × 10 cm aluminum plaque is fixed in the corner of the headstone, and the photo and inscription stay as they are.

Can I create a page if the grave is far away or the place is unknown?

Yes. The page is not tied to a grave: it can be created for anyone who has passed away. You can add the burial place later or not add it at all.

Who will see the page?

Anyone who knows the address or points a camera at the code on the headstone; no sign-in is needed for that. The page is not in search engines unless you turn that on yourself.

How long can the voice recording be?

Up to 10 minutes and a file of up to 60 MB; for a longer recording the first ten minutes are kept. We compress the recording so it opens quickly on a phone at the headstone.

Can I make a page about a living person or a pet?

No. Pages are created only for people who have passed away.

How do I delete a page?

This is done in your account, and only the page owner can do it. The page closes right away, and the photos, voice and texts are erased after 30 days. The address will never go to anyone else.

What if someone wrote something inappropriate on the page?

Press Report a violation on the page itself or write to us using the form, and we will look into it.

How do I pay if I live abroad?

By card through PayPal, in US dollars, once. If you have trouble paying, write to us and we will help. We mail the plaque wherever you tell us, and shipping is free.

Tell the story of someone you love
