Before you write
How do I sign in to my account?
Press Sign in at the top of the page and choose who you are. Family signs in with a code from an email: your memorial pages are there, and if a care company looks after the grave, its orders too. Company and Administration sign in to the organization's account.
Can I order grave care from you?
No, we do not look after graves ourselves. That is done by grave care companies that work in Memory365. If your company already uses it, order the care from them, on their website or in your account.
How do I report a page?
Choose Complaint in the form and paste the page address. We will look into it.
Where can I see the status of my plaque?
In your account: the tracking number will be there too once we ship the plaque.
